There’s a lot going on at LRBC!
We run a number of activities throughout the week catering for all age groups. These include Boys Brigade, Girls Brigade, Toddler Group, Ladies Fellowship and many more. We also provide regular one off events for men, women and families. Use the links on the left to explore the various regular activities and find out what’s happening at LRBC in your age-group. This Week
Monday: Boys Brigade - Will be meeting: Anchor Boys at 5.45pm, Junior and Seniors at 6.45pm.
Tuesday: Girls Brigade – Will be meeting: Explorers at 5.45pm, Juniors, Seniors and Brigaders at 6.45pm.
Wednesday: Toddler Group - We meet at 1.15pm at Cottage Road.
Thursday/Friday: Growth Groups - Meeting at various homes. If you would like to join a group speak to Matthew Seymour.
Sunday: We will be meeting at Cottage Road. The morning service will start at 10.30am. The speaker at our morning service will be Pastor Matthew Seymour. The evening service will start at 6:30pm. The speaker will be Pastor Wes Johnston.
Sunday: Christianity Explored Course starts at 4.00pm. This is an 8 week course; if you would like to join please speak to Matthew Seymour or contact the church office.
Sunday: YAF After Church: Will be meeting at the home of Becky Hilder after the evening service.
Diary Dates
Saturday 8th June: LRBC Walk – We will be walking from Kettlewell in the Dales towards Littondale. More details later.
Tuesday 11th June: Tuesday Stroll - Route to be arranged.
Wednesday 12th June: Knit and Natter - Meeting at Cottage Road at 7.30pm. all ladies are welcome for an evening of craft and chat.
Wednesday 19th June: Ladies Pizza and Pudding Evening – At Cottage Road 8.00pm. All ladies welcome, please speak to Barbara Brownnut or Sue Kirkham if you can come.
Thursday 27th June: Church Members Meeting - at Cottage Road at 7.30pm.
Saturday 29th June: Annual trip to Filey – We’re off to the seaside on our annual beach trip ending with fish and chips. If you intend to come speak to Simon or Grace.
Saturday 6th July: Cricket Match – LRBC 11 will play St Georges 11 at Harewood House commencing at 2.00pm. Speak to Phil Clarkson for more information.
Tuesday 9th July: Tuesday Stroll – Route to be arranged.
Saturday 13th July: Kirkstall Festival – We hope to have a stall again but need lots of help. If you can help in any way please speak to Simon or Grace.
