There’s a lot going on at LRBC!
We run a number of activities throughout the week catering for all age groups. These include Boys Brigade, Girls Brigade, Toddler Group, Oasis Fellowship, Ladies Fellowship and many more. We also provide regular one off events for men, women and families. Use the links on the left to explore the various regular activities and find out what’s happening at LRBC in your age-group. This Week
Monday 30th January: Boys Brigade takes place at Cottage Road commencing at 5.45pm with Anchor Boys, followed at 6.45pm with Junior and Company Sections.
Tuesday 31st January: Girls Brigade takes place at Cottage Road commencing at 5.45pm with Explorers, followed at 6.45pm with Juniors, Seniors and Brigaders.
Wednesday 1st February: Toddlers Group will take place at Cottage Road at 1.15pm. Please contact Amy Barratt for more information.
Thursday 2nd February: Student Bible Study: Following a meal at 5.45pm Matthew Urwin will be leading a study in John’s Gospel.
Thursday 2nd February: Members Meeting : We will be meeting at Cottage Road at 7.30pm for our Members Meeting.
Saturday 4th February: LRBC Walk: We will be walking about 7 miles, enjoying the views from up the Wessenden valley just the other side of Huddersfield. You will need a picnic, walking boots (or stout shoes), and warm and waterproof clothing. We will meet at 9.45am at Cottage Road for a prompt departure (by minibus) at 10am. Please let Stuart deBoer know if you are interested in coming.
Sunday 5th February: We will be meeting as usual at the West Park Centre for our morning service at 10.30am and our evening service at 6.00pm. The speaker at our morning and evening services will be Pastor Wes Johnston.
Sunday 5th February: Christianity Explored: The 10 week course is continuing at 4.00pm -5.30pm today at the West Park Centre. Please speak to Matthew or Roger for more information.
